protect our green belt from development
Unfortunately the official public consultation ended on the 22nd December 2011. It started on the 27th October 2011 and was originally due to end of the 8th December 2011, this was extended to the 22nd during the consultation period.
We are disappointed as to how the consultation was run as it was originally only going to be six weeks long not twelve weeks as recommended, it was held during the run up to Christmas / New Year when residents have less time to respond and the consultation process was mainly internet based which did not match the major demographic of the people being consulted.
